results. Buy-in from stakeholders and pre-planning with developers meant that rollout was smooth, and customer feedback was extremely positive among both established and newer customer segments.
Working with stakeholders from the business unit, and directly with a large team of engineers, we collectively worked on a UX upgrade program designed to improve SaaS tools for casting directors and actors, affecting premium film and television clients, worldwide.
